Lacey Keys is the founder and principal attorney at Keys Law Corporation, a woman-owned business that is an industry leader in political, election, lobbying, and government ethics compliance. With over fifteen years of experience, Lacey formed Keys Law Corporation to bring her dedication to quality and pragmatism together to provide clients with effective, efficient legal and compliance services.
Over the course of her career, Lacey has represented nonprofit organizations, government agencies, campaign committees, donors to campaigns, elected and appointed government officials, and private business entities. She has worked with some of the largest nonprofit and political organizations in the country and smaller more specialized organizations. This breadth of experience informs her approach to advising clients engaged in the governmental and political process. It also helps her to ensure that services provided by Keys Law Corporation are valuable from the client’s perspective.
Prior to founding Keys Law Corporation, Lacey was a partner at Olson Remcho LLP (formerly Olson Hagel & Fishburn, LLP) where she worked her way from law clerk to partner, eventually overseeing the firm’s Compliance Reporting Unit. There she gained valuable experience working with a wide range of clients on cutting-edge legal issues and all types of compliance services.
Lacey attributes her strong work ethic to growing up on an active farm in rural Oregon. The skills she learned early on have propelled her to success throughout her education, legal career, and now growing her own business.
In her personal time, Lacey is an avid reader and walks every day. She loves spending time outdoors with her family in the Sacramento Delta, the community she now calls home.
