On June 21st Attorney Lacey Keys spoke at the California Political Treasurers Association (CPTA) annual conference. She provided CPTA’s membership with an update on California campaign finance law requirements and answered one-on-one questions for the professional treasurers throughout the weekend’s events in Palm Springs.
